By using indorelive.com ("IndoreLive", "we", "us") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What IndoreLive is

IndoreLive is a city portal for Indore. It shows headlines and short summaries from other news publishers with links to their original articles, and hosts content sent in by readers: citizen reports, classified ads, event listings, business listings and children's drawings. It also offers city information such as alerts, the city guide, panchang and horoscopes.

2. Content you submit

You must be the author of what you submit, or have permission to share it, including any photo.
Your submission must be truthful and lawful. Do not post anything that is false or misleading, defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, an invasion of someone's privacy, or that infringes copyright or trademarks.
Do not post spam, fake listings, scams, or ads for illegal goods or services.
You keep ownership of your content, but you give IndoreLive a free, non-exclusive licence to publish, display, edit for length or clarity, and share it on the site and our social media pages.
Drawings by children must be sent by a parent or guardian.

3. Moderation

We review submissions and may approve, edit, reject or remove any content at any time without giving a reason. Content that readers flag may be hidden while we review it. We may block users who break these terms.

4. Classifieds, events and business listings

Ads and listings are posted by third parties. IndoreLive is not a party to any deal between buyers and sellers, organisers and attendees, or businesses and customers, and does not guarantee any product, service, event or price. Meet in safe public places, verify before you pay, and never share OTPs or bank details.

5. Third-party links and news

Headlines link to external websites that we do not control. Their content, accuracy and privacy practices are their own responsibility. Trademarks and article content belong to their respective owners.

6. Use of the site

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, bypass security or captcha checks, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, IndoreLive is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. See our Disclaimer.

8. Complaints and takedown requests

To report content that you believe is unlawful or infringes your rights, write to info@indorelive.com with the page link and the reason. We will act on valid requests as required under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
